Former Cowboys DE Kneeland Had Early Stage CTE

Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland, who died by suicide in November 2025 after a high-speed chase with police, had early stage chronic traumatic encephalopathy, his family announced Tuesday.
