Saints Sign Cedric Tillman to Practice Squad

The Saints signed former Browns wideout Cedric Tillman to their practice squad, adding experience after losing first-round pick Jordyn Tyson for the first four games. Tillman, released by Cleveland during roster cuts, recorded 71 catches for 833 yards and five touchdowns over three seasons with the Browns.
