Commanders Release Harris, Place Jackson on IR

The Washington Commanders have released safety Will Harris and placed linebacker Drake Jackson on injured reserve while signing safeties Joshuah Bledsoe and Quindell Johnson. Harris started all nine games he played for Washington last season, recording 38 tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble.

Jackson, a 2022 second-round pick by the 49ers, played in three games for Washington. Bledsoe, drafted in the sixth round in 2021, played for the Patriots for two seasons. Johnson went undrafted earlier this year. wlop.pl
