The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in recent roster moves.

The Bills announced on Wednesday that they've added 25-year-old center Sincere Haynesworth to their roster. Haynesworth, who entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024, has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals but hasn't appeared in a regular-season game.
