Hamilton: Would've Kept Position for Second Place

Lewis Hamilton admits he would not have pitted under safety car if he knew he'd lose second place to Russell at British GP.

The seven-time world champion was following Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc when the race was neutralized following Max Verstappen's Red Bull crash at Stowe. Had Hamilton not made his second pit stop, he would have retained second place behind race winner Leclerc. moryak.biz
